Conway and Baxter are winners in Dundee

Dundee United TFC have held two tournaments in the last few weeks. The first one was held on August 27 and attracted 6 players who competed in a group stage. David Baxter was the winner of the day with 3 wins while Gareth Christie was runner-up with 8 points.

On September 24 there was another event in Letham. This time Rob Conway took the honors while David Baxter was runner-up. It was good to see Blair Cunningham coming part in a tournament.

Good luck to Dundee United for the new season.

Through shared information, passion and respect, using existing clubs, players and events, but all the while looking to grow the network so that everyone has access to the game at whatever level appeals to them.

This is not a new breakaway association but merely a collaborative of players, clubs, events and collector's of the game.

As well as providing event information from all disciplines it is also the intention of this UKISubbuteo Blog to add the names and locations of players and collector's to make it easier for you, the enthusiast to fulfill you're Subbuteo experience.

Therefore the encouragement is there for all to send in information regarding new players, clubs, events and fairs to continue growth.
